Support

What about support? If a problem occurs, how quickly can you get help? The first thing to do is check out the links on this page. You can also check out our Forum, you might find the answer to your question. If you still can't find the answer you are looking for please submit a Trouble Ticket. Trouble Ticket submission can be made through your Control Panel or you can send an email to Support.

Cancel an Account
You do this through your control panel. If you have problems or your an application user only, you can cancel your account by contacting sales with the following information -
  • Full Name
  • Phone
  • Account ID or Domain Name
  • Email address that was used for signup

Wap Support
To use WAP you have to add the correct MIME Types. Here is a list of WAP MIME Types. These can be added through your control panel under Web Options then MIME Types.

.WML files: text/vnd.wap.wml
.WMLC files: application/vnd.wap.wmlc
.WMLS files: text/vnd.wap.wmlscript
.WMLSC files: application/vnd.wap.wmlscriptc

Support Policy:
Digipark reserves the right to remove any scripts that misbehaves or that we feel could or do cause problems with our servers. We also reserve the right to refuse to support any customer who violates this policy.

Payment Policy:
Accounts 2 weeks over due will not receive any Technical Support. Accounts 30 days over due will be suspended then deleted without any further notice. This means all account information and files will be deleted and cannot be retrieved.
